This is my favorite valentine that I've made so far.
Quilling is fun & not very hard.
It is a little, tiny bit tedious.
I did make this before I had little ones running around.
You don't need fancy tools.
But, it is a little easier if you do have one of these.
She has a tools list there, too.
But, if you check out the comment section,
there a good alternatives to buying special tools.
