I was just thinking this the other day - why DON'T we go more often?! We need to start venturing away from the beach and discovering some of the parks and trails right by our house. I think the heat keeps pushing us toward the water though ;-)
Cute pictures! Gillian is looking more and more like Auntie Leah!
I wonder that too! Not about you guys... about why WE don't go more often. It is so fun and relaxing, and the kids love having so much room to run around and explore! I love going to Henry Cowell because they have the nice easy Redwood Loop there and have fences so the kids know where they can run.
Hooray for hiking! We go often w/ our two little girls - ages 1 & 3. There's nothing quite like getting outdoors w/ small children. It brings so much peace and wonder...not to mention it's good exercise! :)
I love the candidness of these shots. How old are your kids again?

Steph,
Our girls are about the same age, with our boy right between the girls.
Nearly 4, 2 1/2 & just over 1!
