Green Salsa

Here's what we are eating tonight -
Grilled Pork Chops with Tomatillo Salsa. We are looking forward to it!
We got nearly everything we needed for it from our CSA farm box, except the pork. But, that was just hanging out in our freezer. So we are set. The veggies for the salsa are roasting in our oven right now.

That's pretty good. I was going to say, how did you cook THAT meal with all of your food in boxes. But it definitely helps to have your vegetables coming to you in the handy CSA box! Hope it was delicious!

Sounds delicious! Did it have much flavor? Most of the recipes I've tried come out flavorless. :(

You mean most of the recipes that I recommend? Come out flavorless?!
This one had plenty of flavor. Since the pork was not glazed during grilling, there would be a possibility of it being too dry. But, Scott is a grill master, & never dries anything out.

No. I meant the recipes that I'VE tried, from cookbooks and such. Pork tends to drink up juices around it while its cooking. I've never done bbq pork, so we should try that. Like I said before though... its not really a favorite meat of ours.
