In our farm box this week, we got a bag of Cubanelle Italian peppers. So, I made stuffed peppers tonight, similar to this recipe. But, we put sausage in it. (I don't want vegetarian fare tonight. Give me some meat, please!) And, once the peppers were stuffed, Scott threw them on the grill, instead of in the oven. They were tasty. Gillian LOVED the filling. She ate tons of it, even though it was spicy.
