Today I decided on what to make for our Christmas Eve meal. I needed to choose something simple. I stumbled upon Mario Batali's stuff on traditional Italian Christmas Eve. The Feast of the Seven Fishes. Perfect. I'll just make one of those 7 dishes, and call it good!
We'll start with a salad, instead of all the seafood. Then we'll have the House-Wife style Shrimp & serve that over Polenta. We'll have his Broccoli side. And, we'll finish with the Christmas Honey Fritters. Seems good enough to me!
