Cake Walk





The Cake Walk has always been my favorite thing at a carnival.
I used to play that over & over when I was a kid, until I finally scored a cake.
I wish I had the time to bake this show stopper.
Instead I'll make the amazing Perfect Party Cake & decorate it with gumballs.
We'll play Elizabeth Mitchell's -You Are My Sunshine.
"So Glad I'm Here"...
I love cakes & I love cake walking.

    this post brought back a sweet elementary school memory - the cake walk! my mom and i would bake several every year - so much fun!

    I used to love cake walks too...despite the fact that I didn't/don't love most cakes. ;)

    Also - I listened to the teaser clip on Amazon for "So Glad I'm Here" and now I want to hear the whole song!
